Seems people like what you have done already - why progress with another editing session and take the chance of creating an image that people respond negatively too? The lack of detail could be the selling point of your image.

Hi all!! Can´t say Iám very pleased with this image. Had trouble getting the left side right, it is too smooth, too little wrinkles. Maybe I give it another try. But thank you all for your nice comments ..
