Bio: I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in illustration. I am currently working on an Associates Degree in Web Design and digital art has become my latest obsession. My paintings are acrylic on paper and mostly influenced by Impressionism and Expressionism. I like to convey emotion through color, brushstroke and subject matter. I enjoy manipulating and questioning reality in my photographic work. I am currently using a Canon EOS Rebel T1i 500D to photograph and PhotoShop CS4 to edit. I have not used any stock images in my work yet, and I'd like to avoid it. I'm planning to incorporate my fine art background into my web designs to create original and dynamic web pages.

Photos of a lake and sky combined with text using Photoshop CS4. A photo of exposed tree roots, copied/mirrored and merged together with Photoshop CS4. created some interesting results. Blurred effect gained in camera by moving with the shutter open. Added the "butterfly" later (it's actually a moth). New logo for my website chrishallartwork.com Five seperate photos combined with Photoshop CS4.
