Bio: I am a stay at home mother with 3 children. I've always loved being creative. I discovered Photoshop and Photoshop Creative a few years ago. I love experimenting to create scrapbook albums and other pieces of art.

I used a combination of scanned paintings and digital painting to create "Bird." My daughter took this photo of herself in the mirror, as teenagers do. I desaturated the photo, increased contast, added a photo I'd taken of a flower, and used various paint brushes and textures to blend together to create this effect. With this photo of my daughter, I desaturated the photo, played around with levels, added a photo of a flower and blended with layers of texture and color. I desaturated a photo I took of my sons cycling race, played with levels, then combined it with a couple of textures I had painted and then scanned onto the computer. This is a photo of my daughter. I cropped, desaturated and played with light and contrast, then added a new background. I also enhanced her eyes using my tablet and pen. Using a photo I took of a bunch of Liliums, I played with filters, paint brushes and photos of textures to combine together to create this picture. This is another version of Liliums 01. after playing around with a lilium photo, text, photos of texture and paint brushes, I eliminated one of the texture layers and this is what I came up with. I used a photo I'd taken of my son dressed up as a skeleton, made a few alterations and blended it with a layer of photoshop painted color. This is a digital painting of my daughter with her pet rat. I used a photo as the base and digitally painted over it. I also created a textured background with various paint brushes and textures. I used a photo of a dog and played around with filters, textures, paint brushes, text and blend modes. Here I have combined a photo of a wheat field and one of squashes. I did some experimenting with saturation, filters and blending.
