I used a selection of brushes in photoshop please expand The original picture was blurred so I had the idea of using the brushes in Adobe elements7 using ink outlines, to create a Van Gogh style image. ink outlines and fresco effect in adobe elements 7 Using brushes in photoshop Using Adobe played around with hue and saturation my two eyes became 4! My son on his bike I added difference clouds in Adobe for added effect original photo on left of screen the right image I used a selection of brushes to try and create a Van Gough effect
