Just made this one. I did all the photography here and made my own fractals too. Been seeing some great clouds in NY so I got inspired to use them. <p>There are not many Elders left in the world, but maybe some day. We just expand so damn fast. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I did all my own photography for this- but I did end up using two free textures that I really liked (the cracks). Overall I had never done much with lighting before so this was a good way to learn for me. Can&#39;t say exactly how many hours this took- or even how many pictures of trees I took. Quite a lot overall. My images are from all over: Peru, upstate NY, Sierra Nevada Mountains, Grand Canyon, Mono Lake, Great Basin&hellip; </p> I do all my own photography. Revisiting a style I started in the beginning of summer, only now with a whole new bag of images :-). Ingredients and Recipe: fire shots, water shots, tree bark shots, rust shots, smoke shots, hand shots. Bake 1 rose for many hours and voil&agrave;! It&#39;s done! <p><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Just finished. I do all my own photography. This is for my AP Peer pressure entry. </span></p> <p><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">The only image that is not completely mine is AP&#39;s stock image of the mammoth (which was required obviously). I used the silhouette and &quot;hair-ified&quot; the beast from kitten fur... Non hairy model is myself- plus some digital hair extensions thanks to my fianc&eacute;. The background is from a photo shoot I did in canyon lands national park. Volcano and lighting/ smoke/clouds, obviously were not part of the original scene, but now they are! It was a hazy shot that I thought would be nice to contextualize- enjoy!<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">No Stock was used within this image, just my own photography from <st1:country-region w:st="on">Peru</st1:country-region>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Spain</st1:country-region>, <st1:city w:st="on">New York</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">California</st1:state>, and <st1:state w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arizona</st1:place></st1:state>. I wanted to try another environmental piece, but in the form of a visual poem. I&rsquo;m not used to this method and may still keep working on this at some point. How it was made: Took several photographs of&nbsp;my fiance&#39;s&nbsp;face and hand (with setting up the right lighting), took several pictures of a local frog (for eyes), took water and fire shots from some years ago- and my picture of a parana from peru- add in some rust texture from some metal at my house and there ya go! The rest is just layer masking, color adjustments, curves, and a whole lot of lighting layers and drawing with a nice wacom tablet. I&#39;ve decided to really learn phtoshop this summer- Her tears are now monuments to life overseeing her slow death. NO STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY USED!! All of the images here have been from my own personal photography and traveling. 175 layers. On and off for three weeks. Enjoy!!
